Description: Solvent based liquid trim adhesive designed for use in automotive trim and vinyl roof fabrication. Provides exceptional bonds to most upholstery and automotive substrates.
Application: Liquid adhesive that may be sprayed or brushed onto clean dry surfaces. To spray, apply a liberal uniform coat to (5-10 wet mils) to both surfaces and allow to dry before bonding. Brush application on porous surfaces usually requires two coats. Allow 10 minutes between coats and at least 15 minutes before bonding.
Bonding Range: Coated surfaces should be bonded within 3 hours of application. If this time is exceeded apply another thin coat to reactivate adhesive.
Cautions: This product contains highly flammable and toxic solvents. Use only in a well ventilated area. INCOMPATIBILITY: Avoid contact with strong oxidizing agents, strong acids and strong alkalines. Do not allow adhesive to soak through backings to come into direct contact with vinyl surfaces. Use in well ventilated area. Keep container tightly closed when not in use. Consult MSDS and product label.
Coverage: Coverage varies with thickness of coating. Approximate coverage of 70 square feet per pound of adhesive.
Features: Specially formulated to bond cloth backed vinyl to many substrates including enamel surfaces, metal, canvas, rubber, most plastics and many other synthetic materials. This is a contact cement that requires a two surface application. Allow at least 15 minutes setup time before making bond. May be brushed or sprayed. Suitable for napped or fuzzy backed vinyl, but not recommended for unsupported vinyl. Extremely long open time (up to 3 hours) allows for versatile application and fitting. Has exceptional heat, moisture and aging resistance.

Frequently Asked Que: Recommended solvent is Toluene or a blend of Toluene and odorless mineral spirits.

Shelf Life: Lasts one year plus in unopened ideal temperatures (20-25C)(41 -122F). Rotate stock using old materials first.
