Adhesive - HH-66

Description: HH-66 is a superior quality fast drying thermoplastic elastomer adhesive. It is used extensively for bonding vinyl coated and vinyl laminated fabrics to themselves or various materials. HH-66 is also used to bond urethanes, vinyl foams and films, rigid plastics, synthetic fabrics, wood, leather and metals. It is outstanding for sealing or waterproofing stitched seams in these materials.

Application:  Surfaces should be clean and free of contaminants and oils. Surfaces may need to be roughed up with abrasive before cementing. Apply an even coat to both surfaces to be joined. Let dry 2-5 minutes and make bond. Bond strength increases as cement sets. Can be applied with brush or roller.  Application is by brush, roller or squeeze bottle.

Bonding Range:  Make bonds within 1 - 3 minutes. If bonding time is exceeded reactivate adhesive with reapplication, heat or solvent.

Cautions: Consult product label and MSDS for handling instructions. Be sure to use with adequate ventilation. Vapor may cause flash fire if exposed to ignition source. Avoid prolonged breathing of Vapor or contact with eyes and skin.

Features: HH-66 dries quickly with a strong yet flexible bond. It is not affected by weather and temperature extremes, and is highly resistant to oil, fuel, grease and many other chemicals.  UPHOLSTERY VINYL CEMENT Bond upholstery expanded and non-expanded vinyl to themselves and other surfaces. This product features exceptional bond strength. Brushes smoothly(brush top cans on 8 oz. and quart containers) and dries fast: ready in minutes. Waterproof, good resistance to weather and temperature extremes, chemical, oils, fuels, and grease. Can be used for fabricating, repairing, sealing stitched seams, etc.

Flammability:  Extremely Flammable. Vapor may cause flash fire if exposed to ignition source. Use with adequate ventilation.
