Silver Pressure Sensitive Tape 1"

Description: #8830 1" Silver Pressure Sensitive Reflective Tape. A highly aggressive product with 3M adhesive and is applicable to hard surfaces.

Appearance:  Daytime Color: Silver Reflected Color: White

Application: Remove the liner prior to application to clean, dry, smooth surfaces. Position the film and press firmly into place. Allow 72 hours for adhesion to reach its maximum strength.

Care:  Damp wipe only, using warm water and mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly, dry with a soft cloth or allow to air dry.

Cautions:  While use of Scotchlite reflective material does greatly enhance visibility, no reflective material can guarantee absolute visibility, particularly in adverse weather conditions. NOTE: This is a Peel-n-Stick product, not for use on flexible surfaces.

Features:  Offers an enhanced day-time/night-time visibility to the wearer. Meets the flame resistance test 191A, Method 5903. Can be cut into a variety of shapes, sized, numbers and letters. Will retain 50% brightness after 5 minute exposure at 500 F (260 C), when applied to fire helmets.

Product Contains: Exposed retro-reflective lenses bonded to a durable cloth backing composed of 94% Polyester and 6% nylon, with a pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) applied to the back of the cloth.

Shelf Life:  Use within one year after date of receipt.

Storage:  Store in a cool dry place. Rolls should be stored on a rod or pipe through the core. Cut sheets may be stored flat.

Uses:  Applicable for hard surfaces such as helmets, inline skates, sports active protective pads, bicycles, etc.
