Description: 1" Silver Fabric Trim. Scotchlite Reflective Fabric is designed to greatly enhance the night time visibility of the wearer. It consists of exposed, wide angle lenses bonded to a durable cloth backing.

Application:  For best results, apply to light and medium weight fabrics. Sew in place using a lockstitch with no more than 12 stitches per inch (2.54 cm) and place at least 5/64" (2mm) from the edge of reflective fabric. DO NOT ATTACH TO HIGHLY ELASTIC MATERIALS. Cutting the film can be hand-cut, die-cut, or guillotined. NOTE: Whenever two or more pieces of any fabric are used together on a single surface or as a set, they should be matched to assure uniform day color and night time reflectivity.

Care:  Care and maintenance instructions: 1. Wash: Machine wash warm, 40 C (105 F) 2. Bleach: Only non-chlorine bleach when needed. Dry: Tumble dry low Iron: Use cool iron, 110 C (230 F) Dry-Clean: Dry-clean, normal cycle NOTE: Repeat dry-cleaning may cause slight stiffening, but the reflectivity will not be affected.

Cautions:  Maximum Shrinkage - 3% Note also that this product has a recommended shelf life of two years and should be stored in a cool dry area. Rolls should be stored on a rod or pipe through the core. Cut sheets may be stored flat. While use of Scotchlite reflective material does greatly enhance visibility, no reflective material can guarantee absolute visibility, particularly in adverse weather conditions.

This is a highly reflective fabric consisting of exposed wide angle lenses bonded to a durable cloth backing composed of 65% Polyester and 35% Cotton. It is lightweight and flexible, and has a daytime appearance of metallic silver. The nighttime appearance is a brilliant silver white when viewed by a driver in vehicle headlights. This material can be attached to a wide range of light and medium weight fabrics, but it is not recommended for attachment to highly elastic materials.

Care Instructions: These are guidelines for the care of this product, please do test applications first. 1. For best retention of brightness, machine wash warm, tumble dry. It is not recommended that the wash temperature ever exceed 60 degrees celsius. 2. Professionally dry clean-solvent temperature (30 degrees celsius). Tumble dry warm (48 degrees celsius). 3. Hand ironing, use warm iron (160 degrees celsius) and press cloth.
